We’re Angel and Noah. We built KOG to help growing businesses run well without every problem landing on the owner.

We’ve spent years working with teams, customers, and the everyday problems that can throw a good plan off track. Work piles up. Follow-up gets missed. People need answers. And someone has to keep things moving.

Angel brings experience leading teams, organizing work, and helping managers follow through. Noah brings hands-on field-service experience, sales, and working directly with business customers. Together, we understand how closely the work your team does connects to the promises you make your customers.

We like making complicated things simpler: clear responsibilities, practical routines, and a team that knows what to do next. We work alongside you to put those pieces in place.

Who this is for

This work is built for businesses with a real operation to run: people, scheduled or coordinated work, and a management layer between the owner and the frontline. If that is not your business yet, we will say so.

This fits when
