How KOG works
Most operating problems do not show up with a neat label. The owner sees missed follow-through, decisions coming back to them, recurring problems, overtime, rework, or a team that still cannot move without them.
KOG starts with what is actually happening, diagnoses the operating problem, and recommends the next step only when it makes sense.
Can Your Business Run Without You? is an eight-question Owner Dependency Check. It looks at how everyday decisions, exceptions, scheduling changes, follow-up, and routine work move when you are not available.
It takes about 90 seconds. No email required.
Take the Owner Dependency Check →The Fit Call is a short conversation about what is happening in the operation, the size and shape of the business, and whether KOG is the right resource.
At the end, one of three things happens:
If the Fit Call shows KOG is the right fit, the next step may be the Operational Performance Assessment.
Over roughly 10 business days, KOG examines the operation to identify what is breaking, where owner dependency exists, and the top three things to fix first.
This is the paid diagnostic.
If the Assessment shows the business needs an operating-system install, KOG focuses on the two or three highest-priority operating problems and installs the systems, accountability, and weekly rhythm needed at the company’s current size.
The Install is prescribed from the Assessment findings. It is not something a visitor chooses from a menu.
Ongoing Advisory is not the default next step and it is not a public service to select.
It may make sense after an Operating System Install, or in limited cases after the Operational Performance Assessment when an install is not needed.
KOG recommends it only when continued operating support is useful.
